Families who wish to apply for assistance may call 697-4663 or email Once an application for assistance is approved, an appointment is made and clients must arrange to pick up their food order at the Pantry located in the west wing of Chatham Presbyterian Church, 1835 E. Walnut St., Chatham, IL.  Families with substantial demonstrated need may apply for food orders every 90 days, up to four times a year. Click HERE for an application.

Illinois State Board of Education Health & Wellness Programs (including summer meal availability)
